Because you know, the automatic transmission is so much more fuel efficient than the manual...

It depends on what they compare it to. Like an intercity bus.

I don't know which is the more ridiculous claim:
  • fuel efficient
  • economical

I bet it has a cold air intake too for extra fuel saving abilities..

I think that the most "fuel efficient" Jeeps are not even sold in the US. They are the ones with the I4 diesel. The Egyptian and some other militaries use them. My Wrangler does almost double the millage of a HMMWV, but that is not saying much.

Yeah the cheap to runs are all overseas. But even here if you really want a high fuel efficient jeep youll have to put a diesel in it then put one of those vegetable oil converters on it. Youll never have to pay for fuel again.

"Completely stock"

Best top, Kenwood, nerf bars, lots of recent maintenance and UPGRADES

The writer and I must have completely different definition of "stock"

It comes with 10 gallons of fuel, so if you average that into your first 200 miles of driving you should see some amazing mileage.

clearly the author thinks all one has to do is put a 4-cylinder engine in a vehicle and whala! fuel efficiency. I guess its an understandable mistake.
