I have full metal doors and just bought a pair of halfies. I wanted both. All winter I can have the full doors and roll down windows. When it starts getting, and staying, nice out I'll switch to the half doors. I love having the armrest they provide and when it's not quite warm enough out they still cut down on wind. Whenever I want to be doorless I can just pop them off and put them in the back of my LJ.

It's pretty easy, especially with the half doors. Pop the panels off, you'll see the cylinders, held in place with a U shaped clip. Use a flat edge to push on the raised lip of the clip and POP! out it comes.

I think the half door panels are held inby three screws, the fittings for the soft window frame and some clips.

Full doora are similar, but the window can slow you down a little.

It's easy to see once you get going. Kinda like the door panel on a 60s car, no wiring, speakers etc to get in your way.

I have hard top and soft top, with half metal doors. Slider hard for hard top and zipper soft for soft top.........I love the hard top in winter.
In spring and summer I like to pull off the soft zippers and go with the half door.
I have been looking for soft bottoms that my factor zipper will fit on........Besttop only sells a soft bottom that will not accept the factor zipper window. I Just hate the idea off having to buy a full set of soft door when all I need is the soft bottoms.
In the summer it would be great to just have the soft bottom doors and window in the back for those thunderstorm that pop up in Kansas.

If anyone knows were I can just get soft bottom my zipper window will fit on..Let me know.
