I like the Bestop Tire-Carrier. It opens together with the tailgate.

You could go with a 33x10.5 and use the stock carrier. Be sure the tire contacts the rubber bumpers. You may need 1/2 to 1/4" spacers depending on wheel offset.

SCR works good for a cheaper bumper/tire carrier. I've beat on mine pretty good.

Here's a pic with a 33x12.5 on it.....

What about the 3rd brake light? I have 31's and it doesn't look like it will fit, but I haven't tried it yet.

Just put a couple of 1" or so spacers under the 3rd brake light assembly. I think I used some 1/2" PVC pipe I found in the garage.
