How much per gallon is more important. I just paid 3.33 and they must pump it for you here in NJ.

I miss getting my gas pumped for me lol from Toms River originally, in Myrtle Beach now pay around $3.28/gal for the time being, I6, $50 avg. give or take.
I need to regear ASAP, (as soon as i sell my motorcycle) as i'm on 35s i'm averaging about 100 miles on a tank, so definitely need to regear and fast lol, my previous car was a suburban, so i can stomach the $50 for my jeep, as the pump would cut me off at $100 when fueling up the Burb (usually only got me to about 3/4 tank).

You all are lucky. $4.05 for regular in the SF Bay Area is about the cheapest. . $4.29 for reg in some cities around here.

Oh yea never quite understood why gas was more expensive at marina's. My dad had a 47 ft sea ray and it was well over $800 bucks to fill. And that was 8 years ago lol

luckily im only running a 17' Mako so its only about 100ish to fill up.

there are a lot less areas to get gas on the water then there are when you are driving. supply and demand. also as its on the water it is prob subject to more strict standards. but thats just a guess.

i do know that the price of gas is about $0.25 more expensive once you get off the cape and your on MV or ACK and im assuming that is transport costs as well as your on an island so they can charge you more

Yea i was thinking the stricter standards idea also, plus the fact if someone can afford the boat, they assume they can afford the gas too lol no matter what the price.

It was $3.44 down here on the base yesterday (about the same as off base). My LJ on 31s only gets about 14 -15 MPG in town (18 hwy). Good thing I don't go for mileage when I buy Jeeps, they have the aerodynamics of a brick.

No lie about missing having the gas pumped for ya.. I'm originally from Forked River.. the price here in Chas is about 3.30/gal so to fill up from qtr tank seems to be about 50.00..

I'm in southern IN - an hour south of Indianapolis - and I'm sitting right on E. I expect to fill the tank (about 17 gallons) at $3.69/gal = $63.

While filling up the tank, the station attendent brings the KY and gloves. He never tells me... it's just an unpleasant surprise.

Gas costs more at the marinas because their insurance for spills is very very high so thay pass it on to the boaters because they can.

~$50 @ $3.47 per gallon in Northern MD. I can get as low as ~$3.41 cash only but the station is sketchy.
