Funky sounding klunking noise

Ok guys heres one for ya, the Jeep is an 01 D30 front D35 rear, when I am stopping I hear a klunk, klunk, klunk noise coming fro somewhere under me, I haven't found the source of the noise but since by back is pinging today and my right hand is in a cast I figured I better ask the experts.
the noise only happens in gear, if I roll to a stop in N theres no noise, there is no noise on acceleration either, only when slowing down to a stop and between 15 and 5 mph, Nothing in 4 Hi or 4 Lo, this is driving my friggin crazy today , the brakes are all 4 good, and the entire rear brakes on both wheels are brand new cause I had to replace everything.
You guys got any ideas? Brakes? or am I about to invest in a new set of rear diff gears or axles?
Oh btw both diffs are open and theirs only 83k on the whole Jeep.

Update I drove her around it makes the noise in N also, engine on or off. No bucking, no vibrations just a sound.

U-joints. Stick it in N, put the t-case in N, block the wheels, climb under it and see if you can move the driveshaft up and down or side to side any. Check front and rear.
