Fuse question for trailer wiring

I have a 2001 Wrangler with a 4.0L, manual trans. From what I can tell it came with a tow package. I was towing my boat home after fishing last night and got pulled over for no trailer lights. Luckily we only had a few beers and I only received a warning. I looked at the owners manual and cannot find which fuse is for the 4-way flat wire connector. I know the boat wiring is okay as I checked it with another vehicle. The 4-way flat plug on the Jeep looked damaged so I changed it out, but still have no juice running to the trailer. I thought my next step would be to check the fuse and if burnt out replace it. Problem is the owners manual does not state specifically which fuse it would be for it. Any help would be greatly appreciative. Wiring is not a strong suit of mine. Thanks
