Garvin bumper

I've been looking at the Garvin bumper with the diamond plate step and the swing out spare tire rack. Also has a trailer hitch receiver. Seems like a lot of money to get the tire off the tailgate. Any thoughts?

Is this the one you're referring to?
A grand does seem steep, but many people believe you get what you pay for.
It does have a place for gas & groceries too, I see.

I went with Dirtworx, but they do come unpainted (FYI). I spent $660(including s/h), and got matching front & rear bumpers.
Here's my review. If you do a search for 'Dirtworx', you'll find alot of info on them.
There are many, many options for a swing-out tire carrier, check 4wd.com, quadratec.com, etc.
Do your research, you don't want to regret what you bought after a few months!
Good luck

Check out Poison Spyder, they make wicked bumpers/armor for really decent prices. More bang for the buck than most manufacturers.
