Is it possible to run 33s on stock Saharan gears?

Possible yes, if you don't regear you may lose some power with the larger tires.

What gears do you have? 3.07's? 3.55's? 3.73's?

Yep depending on the model year, it's possible to have any of those axle ratios... 3.55 only being available in the 1997 TJ though, the 3.55 went away and became 3.73 in 1998. So for most TJs, it'd be either 3.07 or 3.73 with 3.07 not being good at all for 33" tires and 3.73 being very marginal for 33" tires.

The factory installed a steel tag onto the differential covers at their 9 o'clock positions. Embossed into it will be your ratio... in your case it will say either "3 07" or "3 73" since they don't emboss the decimal point.

The below is indicating the axle has a 3.73 inside, look inside the red circle for the "3 73" stamped into it.

No worries if it says 3.08 or 3.74, the front & rear axles are .01 different due to their different ring gear diameters. Only the Rubicon's front & rear axle ratios match perfectly due to it having matching front & rear Dana 44 axles.

I had 3:73s with 33s for a little while with a 5 speed, it was ok in town but sluggish on the highway. You'll def want to change them out eventually
