Gearing Advice Please!

Alright, I have a D30 front and D35 rear with 3.07 gearing. I was planning to have them geared to 4.56 to run my 33s which I've been told countless times would be ideal. However, the guy who I have to my more serious Jeep work and who I was going to have do my regearing has some axles in shop that have 80k on them (less than mine) and are ready geared for 4.10 and would cut labor costs as well. I'm not sure if they're D44s but if they are I'm even that much more interested.

So, if it were much cheaper would it be smarter just to run the 4.10s?? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Imo I think the 4.0 with 4.10s and 33s is a damn fine set up. Its not to low for hwy and not to high for crawling it let's u drive to and from the trail and wheel at the trail also!

I figured... With only going 4.56 on 33s originally. I think 4.10s are fine especially if they are 44s.

An alternative I'm considering right now is the D60 rear and D44 front I just found on craigslist. Already geared to 4.56

Is that overkill for my Jeep?

For a 4.0 and 33s?.... Yeah they would do more harm than good right now.
