gears for 33" and 4' lift?

I am installing an OME 4" lift and going to 33" 12.5 tires on my 2000 TJ w/ 5 spd manual. What are the best gears for a daily driver that see a lot of highway, and beach driving? Main concern is MPG and steady power.
Thanks for any help you can offer

33" tires 4.0L 5 spd, 4" lift here, i have 4.11 gears and love it, mine is a DD and weekend warrior i get around 17-18mpg (most of my drive to work is highway) there are a few big hills here in chattanooga that i have to downshift out of overdrive for but nothing to cry home about, i love the way it drives

edit- also on the highway at 60mph im right around 2krpms, give or take since my spedo is off
