gears for 33" and 4' lift?

I am installing an OME 4" lift and going to 33" 12.5 tires on my 2000 TJ w/ 5 spd manual. What are the best gears for a daily driver that see a lot of highway, and beach driving? Main concern is MPG and steady power.
Thanks for any help you can offer

edit- also on the highway at 60mph im right around 2krpms, give or take since my spedo is off

The same question was asked earlier this morning, here's my reply to that one...
When you have a choice, buy American.
