gibson cat back exhaust, 2003 tj.

Does anyone now how hard it woul be to install a gibson cat back exhaust on a 2003 wrangler tj? I would appreciate some instruction onthis as I have never done this before.

its a direct bolt on kit. all you need to do is unbolt the old exhaust from the cat and bolt on the new one.

no ur gonna have to cut the old one off most likely really easy though

newer jeeps have a flange to bolt the exhaust to the cat, the older tj's like i have need cutting

all 2000-2005 tj's are just a bolt-on kit. anything older there is cutting required.

You may need a new set of gaskets if the kit didnt give you any. any auto store will have them.

im not sure but cutting takes two min wither way its very simple to do

I did have to cut and instead of using the gaskets I had it welded to keep it from leaking.also had the chrome tip welded on, its sounds good.
