Awesome stuff man. I love watching the progression of your Jeep. I'm trying to find someone near me to fab a bumper just like you did for yourself.

I have a 35 now... and all depends on how to treat it... sure... I agree.. not the greatest of choices... but upgrading it will come another time.

The thing is here, I need 4.56's... and why would I pass up the opportunity to get BOTH MATCHING front and rear axles only cost me $150? You can't buy just the gears for that little.

Time is not wasted in my book... chalk it up and call it increasing your knowledge and experience.

This way I have saved a ton of money to do other stuff and gets me where I want/need to be gearing-wise and build-wise. Money well spent IMHO.

Open, locked, TrueTracked????

Screaming price!!!!!

Got my D30/D35 combo with 4.56 TT in front and Det locked rear for $1000. Both complete drum to drum and Caliper/rotor to Caliper/rotor. I swapped drums to disc in rear before my swap over though.

LSD/open.... I have to use my backing plates and axles on the 35... I will be using my Clutch pak sides and spiders in the carrier so I know everything is good.

Nice! I did the same thing. I bought a part every pay check or so. I collected a pile of parts that grew in the garage for almost 10 months until I had everything I needed to tear into it.

It was great to finally get to install everything.

Wish you were closer I'd love to help. Only thing I'd add would be an Aussie locker in the 30.

The guys was upgrading to 8.8/44.. plus the 35 needs clutch pak, side gears, spiders, backing plates and shafts ( which I will be using off my 35 once I pull it)

Gears we PERFECT.... this was the only reason for the purchase.
