Talking Got new wheels today checkem out!!!!

went to jcwhitney and bought some new wheels today. i really lucked out cause i went up there thinkin that they had this kinda stuff in stock like everything else. wrong! you have to order these from the manufacturer which isnt stated (that i could see) in the magazine. i thought my hour long drive was wasted until the manager said that someone mistakinly ordered the wrong wheels and sent them back to jcwhitney instead of the manufacturer. just so happens there was four 15x8 wheels with 5 on 4.5 pattern and 3.75 backspacing! but i had to order the spare and the center caps! i was so happy! so here are the pics let me know what ya think! oh yeah and the first pic is from when i first bought the jeep in may or june of 07.

gotta love the ol finger sun blocker!

Looks great!

Leave the center caps off. All you need is some fingernail polish remover and you can get that red stripe off.

i like the center caps. i had black steelies and i liked them much better with center caps on. of course you can spray paint over the rusty part.

looks great even though i prefer alloys

personaly i like the red ring. what wheels are those i want to buy some of them. only thing i would have done different is to have the shop put the weights on the back of the rim so that you cant see them.

i balanced them and decided to put the wieghts on both the in and outside of the rim. only because the tires are a bit aged and have ALOT of roadforce to them. next month when i get new tires i'll probably static balance them (weights on the inside). the wheels are from allied wheel, there were 45.99ea at jcwhitney

Are you going with the updated AT KO's for your next set? Those would look even better on your rig with the more aggressive sidewall...

leave the center caps off and just use some black spraypaint on the hubs. thats what I did at least, caps tend to get crushed sometimes. or you can go with the really really really cheap Idea of getting some small I can't believe its not butter containers empty them out and spray them black. they fit perfect in the hub holes!
