Got some codes pulled for my jeep today, could use some help

P0743 Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid/ Trans Relay Circuits An open or shorted condition detected in the torque convertor part throttle unlock solenoid control circuit (3 or 4-speed auto. trans. only)
P0132 oxygen sensor voltage above normal
P0138 oxygen sensor voltage above normal

I have no idea what these mean but would like to get them cleared. the one that concerns me is the P0743 just because its in the tranny and i know nothing about them. I think the oxygen sensors just need to be replaced, but which ones?

1999 4.0l auto, 146K

thanks

pretty sure i found the reason for the O2 codes. the plugs are different so they don't plug in to each other. this O2 sensor is on the downpipe right after the manifold. when i follow the wire down to the O2 sensor it has already been spliced...
I am assuming i need the right connector, or is there a way to make this work?

looks like should connect off this loom:
