Got some new rims , loosened lug bolt fix?

Hi All,
OK, I got some new to me tires and rims off a girl who totalled her Jeep Cherokee. Not the exact tire I wanted but I'm not complaining. To make a long story short, after removing the lug nuts, my front driver side tire was stuck. I had to kick it off. Now several of the lug bolts are loose. Can they be reseated or do I need new ones. Right now they are semi tight but it seems they get loose after driving a short distance. I'm going to take it in tomorow morning and let my local shop take a look at it. Can the seating bed on the hub get stripped or is it stronger than the bolt? Just wondering what to expect and do.

TIA

FYI, you need to torque the nuts to 85-115 lb-ft. I torqued mine to 90lb-ft.
The safest way is to get new ones. I bet that's what the shop will tell you.
Spray wd-40 and wait some time can help to remove lug nuts.

just torque nuts to 120ft lbs- just abut the limit for 1/2" stud. recheck every 50 mi. if they stay tight, no worries!
