I know on ours, it had a channel inside the windshield frame that didn't let the header fit correctly. Popped it off and the header dropped right into place.
Only had two small problems. The plastic end channels on the header didn't line up with the channel metal portion, no biggie taking a screw driver and tweaking them.
The other was getting the corners of the safari top to stay in place, was like they didn't like to make the bend, and would pop back out. Fixed that today.
Nice hot day. Installed the corners back in, then tool a ratchet strap across the front of the top, and under the roll bars inside. Cinched it down tight. It held the corners in place.
Sun got the plastic keepers good and warm and they formed right up.
Pulled the jeep in the garage (it's air conditioned) to let it cool back down.
Pulled the strap off and a perfect fit now.
