The Re 3.5 is a decent lift, room for 33's. You may end up needing a SYE kit, for the transfer case if your have vibrations, that is about $500 or so with a new driveshaft. I would also get if it does not come with it, a front Adj, track-bar.

i dont plan on doing any real rock crawlin in my jeep. Mostly just trail riding with some mud. I already have a 1 inch motor mount lift on their, will that help with the vibrations?

Yes but it won't be enough to counteract the steep u-joint angles caused by that tall of a lift. A SYE kit and longer CV driveshaft is still recommended once you get to 4"... and Rubicon Express's 3.5" lift is around 4.5" in reality.
