i got a 2001 wrangler x recently, but ive been around offroading for a while. But i would like to have some more advice on lifting my jeep and what size tires to put on it. Im pretty sure id like to go with the rubicon express 3.5 standard lift.... any advice?
The Re 3.5 is a decent lift, room for 33's. You may end up needing a SYE kit, for the transfer case if your have vibrations, that is about $500 or so with a new driveshaft. I would also get if it does not come with it, a front Adj, track-bar.
CJ.XJ.CJ. TJ. TJ.ZJ. TJ.TJ. ZJ.ZJ.YJ. XJ
I already have a 1 inch motor mount lift on there, will that help with the vibrations?
Yes but it won't be enough to counteract the steep u-joint angles caused by that tall of a lift. A SYE kit and longer CV driveshaft is still recommended once you get to 4"... and Rubicon Express's 3.5" lift is around 4.5" in reality.
