No, BUT, I got word from Jeff Scherb over at Expedition Portal that they are prototyping a variety of hard tops/campers for the Jeeps! I just e-mailed them today, and hopefully, I'll get a response from them.

I want a camper for the LJ!

We just put one on my brother in-laws LJ next door . Took a little work to get things to fit right. Looks good . About the only thing left to do is stop the water from getting in around the top of the rear window rubber. I think its because of the rough finish kind of like our hard tops but I don't think they smoothed the edges where the seal is. He has called GR8Tops about it but they have yet to get back to him as far as what their recommendations are for a cure. He had a Duster type cover converted to a regular tonneau for the back .

Sounds like there's some confusion over what I and/or Gr8Tops might be doing, so let me try to clear it up:

- I am designing/prototyping a variety of hard tops/campers/Jeep tub trailers, these are personal hobby projects of mine.

- I am not an employee of Gr8Tops. Never was, never will be.

- Gr8Tops has licensed my Safari Cab hardtop design from me and is working on bringing several versions of that to market.

The designs and prototypes I'm building do not indicate or imply any future products that Gr8Tops might offer.

To the original subject of this thread: the current Gr8Tops half cab product is an excellent hardtop, it fits very well and is built to very high quality standards. I ran one on my Jeep for a while and was very pleased with it. I highly recommend it. (I had nothing to do with it's design or manufacture).

Here are a few photos of the Safari Cab hardtop, this is my personal Jeep, not the Gr8Tops version of the Safari Cab, although theirs is basically the same, since theirs is made to the same design (and it isn't a camper ):
