eh, one thing about ex's is you always know their personal secrets...

someone could say, "wow, they got a better jeep than you" but you can counter with "at least I don't pee the bed after drinking"

2000 is the best year ever???
I have a 2000 and a 2003 and I have to say that the 03 is far better than the 00.

ANY Jeep is better when a "chick" is driving it!

(that includes mine when the wife is driving... had to do that, the married guys will understand)

well, its easy to get to him, lift & tires, he may have a rubicon, but your can be taller and WAY more capable, let him stick that up his butt & smoke it ! ! ! !

So, since he has sullied the good name of Jeep by getting one just to annoy someone who was already one of us, give us the dirt, does he pee the bed when hes drunk? does he wear skid-marked tighty-whities? is he faster than Ken Block? lmao, we wont tell

Just tell him "Rubicon" is an old indian word that means "someone else had to build it"

Funny how everyone thinks of something bad to say about the Rubi when its a girl complaining about her ex getting one, but look through the forum, anyone with the option to buy the Rubi is told to get the Rubi. Stock selectable lockers, SYE not needed, D44 without question to name a few reasons.

That's not to say you can't make your TJ everything his is, but facts are facts, he has a starting line that's far ahead of yours.

What you really need to do, is not give a damn about what he's got. Tell him good, I'm happy for you. Hell compliment a thing or two on it. He'll think "yeah, be jealous" but give him long enough to get the blood pressure back to his brain and he'll realize he just dropped a butt load of money to piss you off, and it didn't do a damn bit of good.
Wanna take it one step further? Tell him to paint his flares with plasti-dip, are the milk jugs on there, tell him to knock em off and get the flat plates for a more aggressive look, be helpful. Nothing ticksoff someone like their plan not only NOT getting under your skin, but you being happy for them and trying to help make it better for them.
Thats not to say you have to be happy for them, just saying, be better at the game than they are.
Experience - My ex wife is stupid, so I've become stellar at this game LOL!

If it's any consolation, the day will come when you won't care if she buys a fleet of Jeeps with male gigolos as drivers.

THAT is when you know you're over her.

The best thing thing to do is take him trail riding, and outperform the hell out of him.....he may have a rubi, but you know what your jeep is capable of, he will be relying on what he heard his jeep can do.........
