Hard clutch!

So Im looking for a jeep and the one i test today had the clutch really hard to depress. 98 6 cil

I have test other jeeps and the clutch has never been this hard. I saw some receipts from february 2011 where he replaced the whole clutch kit ..

I understand the clutch is hydraulic? So theres no adjustment to do... Is there something i should check?

I think this is the Jeep. I have this feeling! But just want to make sure this problem will not give me a hard time

Could have the wrong fluid in the resivoir
Could be too cold?
Could be a partial blockage in the line making it hard to push the pedal

Something could be blocking the pedal or linkage could be worn
Maybe the throw out bearing wasn't greased and it's hard to slide on the shaft

those seem "simple" and not something I should really worry about? that's the only thing I didn't like about the Jeep I dont think I would survive a traffic jam hehe

thanks!
