Hard Decision

So over the winter I totaled my first tj over some ice and slammed into the guide rails at 70 mph. A very sad moment for me. But a month after that I was able to find another 98 TJ from a private seller and purchased it with the money that the insurance gave me. What I didn't know was that I was also getting a whole 'nother parts jeep along with a few other various parts and accessories.

But my dilemma is whether to just sell the parts jeep and get maybe 2 grand out of it. Or to completely rebuild it and use it solely for the trails.

Also this is my first thread I've made on here so please be nice lol.

Also here is a picture of the parts jeep I got in the deal. I feel like there's hope for it being rebuilt. But on the other hand I'm a broke college student and could use the money.

Part it out and use the money to build you a daily driving weekend warrior. If you take the time to part it you should make over 2 grand...

I was thinking that but I also think it'd be a fun project to rebuild it and then if I mess something up on it on trails I'll still have my other jeep to drive while I fix it.

Broke and Jeep ownership go hand in hand lol. Having one Jeep is bad enough, but financing mods for two is like having two ex-wives...you don't want that!

I agree with NC Bear, part it and make a capable weekend warrior out of your DD.
