Question Hard to get into 1st and 2nd...

So I finally got my engine in the car and started. Yay! But as I drove it I found that its really hard to get into 1st, 2nd, and Reverse. I have to force it in. Any ideas what it could be or how to fix it?

Just had two of mine replaced at dealership....ouch! 1st and 2nd only the problem on mine somewhere I read reverse may be a hydraulic problem with clutch?? I have a automotive background so asked to see my parts and they were chewed up plus gears were chipped.
