Hard Top Questions please help

I recently purchased a hard top for my jeep and the person I got it from doesn't know what year or company it came from or if it is even stock. I don't have a wiring harnes in my jeep and I need to purchase one, does anyone on here know what harness I need. I have a 2000 TJ sport, any help would be greatful.

Thank you,
Bobby

The first picture is the plug in for the dome light, defrost and wiper. The white one is for the washer fluid. The other two pictures are of you holding the wires that are suppose to be plugged into defrost on the rear window. Try looking down the inside of the tub on the driver side just under the top where the hard top sits. At the rear next to where the roll bar bolts to the tub behind the carpet might be where the wiring could be. You could try a local wrecking yard or even online.

If your jeep didn't come from the factory with a HT there won't be any wiring there. You can get the complete wiring kit from the dealer or Quadratec. (Maybe elsewhere as well). Get it to match the yr of you jeep. If the connector doesn't match the top (depends on the yr of the top) you can search, there are threads on adapting the connectors.

BTW it looks like a factory top.

The second picture looks like the tab has come off the glass. It has to be glued back on with a conductive epoxy you can get on line. I think I paid 29.00 including freight. It is easy to do. Someone on this site led me to it. www.frostfighter.com

My god you are a life send. And yes I realize that his post was from a while ago but I have to give credit where credit is due.
Cheers.
