Maybe check a local wrecking yard for some headlight buckets with screws?

finding a wrangler on long island in a junk yard? i think i would have better luck finding a nissian skyline in a junk yard. i know im guilty of this myself, but when i see a tj or a cj on a wrecker i follow the truck and offer cash if its going to scrapers or salvage yard. but iv only seen that twice, and the salvage yards out here once you say je they say they have nothing before you can saying ep it sux i hate long island!

i really need to try and find something parts wise to aim the lights

You could always place washers between the bucket, and the mount. That would at least serve as a band aid until you can get new buckets. Give davey's jeeps a call, they might have them for you. I had the same problem, fortunately I was able to to do the dremel trick.
