Things I dislike about the YJ include the square headlights, leaf spring suspension, and those stupid looking bumperettes on the rear. Things I dislike about the TJ are some of the odd way things are done on it when you get into the dash and other random places that are awfully Chrysler-like in their design. I like all the Jeeps, though. I'm disappointed with a good bit of the design on the JK, including, but not limited to, the decision to make a 2WD model available to the public and not just the USPS. Overall though, it's a good vehicle, too. I will never get used to the JKU, though. I've actually mistaken one for an H2 before.

YJs are ugly. TJs are not.

Some cons With no mods done... on the YJ the vacuum CAD dana 30 that lets you down when you dont expect it, and the extremely crappy suspension travel. Also never heard of a YJ 6 cyl coming with lower than 3.55 gears. Jeep TJ stock, the transfer case shifter and the transfer case skidplate are not the best. harder to put the windshield down on a TJ thats Stock. Some pros on the YJ are it feels more like a CJ to me and it can be found for cheap. Easy to lift. Jeep TJ pros to me are better suspension, better gearing can be found. better back seat than a YJ. No cad dana 30. Obvisously the Rubicon model and ROUND headlights. Haha. I just did stock comparisons cause all jeeps are different as soon as the mods begin!
