header channel replacement ?

Hi i very recently got a 2000 wrangler soft top and replaced the soft top with a pavement ends top and am happy with it but when i removed the header channel i could only remove 3 of the 14 screws due to that they were rusted to pieces. My question is the header channel in the quadratec catalog a compatible replacement for this or is there somewhere else i should look. I was also considering taking off my header channel and trying to drill out all the rusty scews probably replace them with some oversized ones.Any info or tips are appreciated.thanks
