Angry Header issues!!! Veryupset Third header

I have a 98 wrangler and we have had original header give a cracked problem and not sound right , like a giant leaf blower. Then we went to Banks Expensive header built bigger and better than OEM for these problems and 2 years later it has over 25 cracks in all down tubes and in joints. took it off welded by a professional shop and put it back on and two months later cracks are back and leaf blower sound is here again.
I have talked to Banks and they wont even replace part which is Life time guarantee and it has a part number on it and they wont deal with it, I need the receipt and I be dam if I can find it. So I am stuck to see what is the next part to try and if Borla has these problems as well, what have anyone else used and how long has it lasted???? Please help all advice welcome. I am so pissed that I am about to junk whole motor and have a Chevy Small Block 350 dropped in, would be cheaper inlong run than all these time and money spent on expensive headers and time to fix them and trtuck down could of put a better motor in in by now...

Put a magnum v8 in its cheaper and easier. The headers and exhaust manifolds on jeeps always crack.

They sell an after market one for around $200 that has expansion areas in it, that solves the problem. OR if I recall you can use a 2000 version and the factory took care of the issue, banks and the other high end ones as you know crack.
