Unhappy headlight replacement options?

so the driver's side headlight just burnt'out and i need to get a bulb...BUT should i replace the two with something diffrent??? if i dont want to buy stock lights at auto zone what other headlight replacement options do i have without rewireing anything. i want something that is really going2 light up the road/trail. who uses what? brand specific? HELP

IPF housings for H4 and then fatboy bulbs from IPF. I am going to be getting them soon and have great things about them. The only down side is that they are about $160 for everything, but there is no wiring you have to do.

2005 TJ Unlimited 4.0 6 speed

Also just for a FYI... the stock headlamps are sealed beams....you have to change the entire light...not just a bulb.

I've heard good things about Daystar stock replacements, other than the blue hue they give. I've seen a couple of guys buy the IPF housings and use some HID bulbs and ballasts with good results, but that is a pretty expensive endeavor. I'd much rather get the IPF housings and some good H4 bulbs.

PS - Looks like you have a Teal-J as well.

If youre going to spend $160, you might as well go HID, itll cost about $160.
