Headlight upgrade

Hey!

So does anyone have any good suggestions about some good headlight upgrades that don't cost an arm and leg?

I've seen the KC ones. Does anyone have any experience with those ones? If so how do you like em would you recommend them??

Thanks for the info in advance

Thanks for the info. Helps a ton. I'll have to look into those. How much did they run you?

Follow the link in my very first post, my friend. Currently $49.99 each at Morris. Dont forget the 10% discount (not include in above price).

I suspect you can find them cheaper on Ebay or some other place. I didn't mind spending the money at Morris and supporting the sponsors of this forum.

Autopal with Flösser H4 blau (blue) 145/100 W bulbs.
You need relays and ceramic conectors.

Greetings from Costa Rica,
Thomas

I just did that Hella Vision Plus upgrade too. Nice output and light projection vs. OEM headlights.

One very good option for lighting upgrade comes from Daniel Stern and Cibie:

Daniel Stern Lighting Consultancy and Supply
Not the cheapest way to go, but top quality. This is a good way to go if you have the cash to spend.

I opted for Hella E-Code 7" lenses with 60/55W H4 bulbs. This came as a kit via Amazon from Susquehanna Motorsports. Looks like this product is no longer available from them. I like this conversion, and think it is a cost effective upgrade over stock. Do some searching, see if you can find it elsewhere. Well worth the cost.

Another option is the Delta 7" round H4 conversion, available from most of the glossy Jeep catalogs. I have friends that run the deltas and really like them.

Good luck!

I have these with the 55/100w bulb and didn't need the ceramic connector or a relay. They are nice and bright, very easy to install.

I have the delta h4 lights. I don't particularly care for their light pattern as its a bit narrow. (even worse with high beams) so I usually gotta drive with my offroad bumper lights on too...

This is the article I looked at to decide which ones I will purchase. (Jeep Headlight Shootout - Jp Magazine) The Hella's got the best numbers all around.

I actually really love my Sylvania Silverstars. They are the high performance version of the light and they are so much brighter (both low and high beam) than the old crappy Wagner lights that were in there.

I have a set of those in my truck and really like them a lot. I didn't know they made a round light.

Running the same on mine, definitely no regrets on the purchase. The high-beams are especially good.
