Headrest for Rear Seat??

I did some searching on this but found no aftermarket parts to purchase. Would like to have headrests for grandkids once they are no longer in a booster seat. The JKs have rear seat headrests, one would think something would be available for the TJs. Anybody know of a source?

Dito, I have only seen aftermarket. I plan to buy a Bestop back seat with headrests in the not so distant future.

Both Bestop and Corbeau make aftermarket seats with headrests. I have the Corbeau seats, the rear seat is smaller than the factory one due to the side bolsters, this makes it really difficult for two adults to fit. Mostly just for one adult or two kids now. Other than that, I have had good luck with my Corbeau seats.

I went ahead got a new Bestop back seat for my 2002 TJ and with the head rest all the way up, it's still below my shoulder blades. NO support for my daughter neck and head when driving in it. I have a guy that'll make a one piece head rest using the four rods (two from each head rest) and making it tall enough to support anyone that rides in the back. I would like to see if a newer 2dr JK back seat with head rest would fit. Anyone have any information on that?

I've never heard plans to change that back seat. I've also never heard any feedback on it before, to be honest. I'll pass your point along.

I bought a basic CJ rear seat, but I'm not sure I've ever even seen one of our TJ rear seats, so just guessing: does the headrest height have something to do with being able to flip it forward?

Do a search on jeepforum.com There is a thread for adding head reast to the stock seat.

That is not in the TJ section of jeepforum or a TJ rear seat. There are other threads.
