heat gun on fender

Hi everyone,

I have just tried the heat gun on my outdoor plastic.
It's look good on the bumper extension, plate support and the prtoction under the grille.
But it isn"t very pretty on my fender, the gray is darker but the color is not homogeneous. We can see some spots.

Do you have a solution?
Thank you

Paint! Lol I started out by borrowing a heat gun to turn my black again and it worked great but it was spotty and was not at all even so I decided to just paint them and they look 100x better.

I had the same problem a few years back. I just taped them off and used black matte rustolium spray paint. This way if they get scratched again it's a quick fix.
