Heater Problems

I've searched pretty thoroughly around the forum but no one seemed to have the same exact problem as I do right now. I have a 97 TJ 4cyl. When I turn the heater on to the defrost selection its very weak and when I turn it on the floor or upper vents nothing happens whatsoever. What could be the problem. If it's a vacuum line where are they located? Thanks guys first post

Fixed mine by accident the other day. It was #5 for me...

My #5 was just hanging. I noticed it when I was cleaning my throttle body. Stuck it back on with a hose clamp and voila my heater started working correctly. Had no idea the two things were related. Pure dumb luck. Thought I was going to have to get a new control panel...
