Help! Can't get electrical connector off of fuel pump

I have to replace my fuel pump, but can't get the electrical connector off. I have an '05. I pulled out the little red tab that slides in and locks it, but I can't get it unplugged.

Thanks!

Should be a little tab at the end right by the red slider to press down and release the connector

I tried that, and then ended up breaking off that tab, if we're talking about the same tab
