So my mom keeps complaining about how its difficult to get into the jeep (I only have 31" tires on... for now ). I don't want to get side steps for Wilma (trying the name for my jeep, what ya think?) cause I don't think they look good. What could I get that would make it easier to get in and out that's not a side step? ideas?
Taking Wilma to prom so to help my prom date get in and out I'm gonna borrow my sis's 9" plastic fold able step lol.
Not such a crazy idea - don't know about the rope though!
I carry a milk crate so my mom can get in - she's usually happy to just slide out though.
I just have to wait for her to get in, then throw the milk crate in the back.
Have tried small plastic fold-flat steps as well - They work well too.
I am running PSC Rocker Knockers for this very reason (or so she believes)! I even added a strip of 3M gritty to them as they were slick as heel when wet.
I kinda like the powered running boards, but didn't realize they made them for the TJ. I've only seen for the JK. I'll get grab handles first, and then if that still doesn't work I'll look into either rocker panels/ gaurds (correct terminology?) or those powered running boards. Ah, laziness

How about a stirrup step. I have seen these on a CJ. No idea where to find them though.
