You might be able to get it out with a tap extractor;

If you are lucky there may be a local retailer that sells them.
Otherwise, safety glasses, hammer and punch and try to break it apart, or a cutting torch.
Some quality Cobalt drill bits might be able to drill it out. You can pretty much forget about salvaging the original hole for threading.
Your other option is to take it somewhere and have a professional do it.
