Help identifying high pitch noise

The past week, my TJ developed a noise when I'm driving. It's high-pitched and sounds like it's coming underneath the center console area. It gets louder the faster I drive, and seems louder in 4th and 6th gear. And sometimes I'll barely hear it. Any ideas what it is?

Took a video of it when it was very loud today, it's better around halfway in.

Most of the time a speed consistant squeal is a driveline issue.... if you can hear it mainly under the console, it could be a lack of grease in the double cardan joint of the front drive shaft and/or bad ujoint(s). Don't rule out a hub bearing or the rear ujoints... sound travels funny under a rig.

Try to isolate it first by taking off the front shaft and drive it... if it goes away completely.... you have found the culprit.

Did you install any electronic device. To me it sounded like engine noise. But maybe I heard the wrong thing

And no, I haven't installed any new electronic devices recently
