I'm right in the middle of installing my ultimate old man emu lift from DPG off-road. I just realized that since I already had a teraflex BB on (1.25 in) I no longer have what came stock. So question is will it be a problem to install my new springs with that BB puck still in there? I really want to avoid any future driveshaft problems so I didn't want to have more than 2.5 in of suspension lift. Help!
Remove the budget boost spacers before installing the OME springs. Leaving them in will give you added suspension lift which could produce drive line vibes. They will also produce harsh ride and quite possibly coil bind.
You just take them out and dont put them back. The only thing that came stock is a very thin rubber pad that sits between the spring and the bottom of the upper spring perch. Nothing else goes on top of your new springs.
Stock in the front there is a rubber spacer its like 5/8" thick.I replace mine with a 3/4" spacer to level the front out..you can get a pair out of the local pick and pull..
