I have a set of kc driving lights and am looking to install in the rear bumper. My question is how do I do this. The light fits inside bumper but the bracket won't allow it to fit. How can I fasten this light? And also what can I use to cut the rectangle shape for the light besides a plasma cutter

I used a air saw to do mine it worked ok I put some rubber tubing around the edge when I was done to make it look flush but as far as mounting goes be creative

A pilot hole and jigsaw will make the cut.

Yes that is exactly what I want to do. How did you cut the holes? And attach the lights to the bumper?

I drilled some pilot holes and jigsawed them out and I used the existing holes on the bottom side of the bumper... I just centered my cutouts based on the holes and light dimensions. If I had to redo it I'd go with round flush mounts with grommets. So mounting wouldn't be an issue....

But I had just put on flush LEDs and had the rectangle lights laying around... And got saw happy.... So that's what I ended up with !!
