Help Wiring Lights!

So a few months back I ran into the same problem that many people on here have had, their fog lights get stuck on and it because of the MFS (multi-function switch). I read a thread on here before where someone was walked through on how to "splice" into the wiring already in place from the fog light switch, and then ran new wiring into the cab to a rocker switch. I have never done anything like this and am looking for some help with diagrams, photo's, etc. I am supposed to drive across country at the end of the month so I am worried about messing anything up before I leave. any suggestions?

Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads
