here is what ive been working on.

I'm posting this on my Droid so please excuse my lacking details. Basically I made a 50 Caliber dummy round as my 4wd lever handle. I asked you guys abbout a rubber liquid material to create a tight fit. I ended up using some vinyl hose that fit inside the casing and around my lever. It keeps everything tight yet can still be removed if I choose so.

That's where you guys gotta just bite the bullet. No pun intended.... the stock rubber one has to be cut off. I used a serrated knife. Also. The round will entirely fit over the flat portion of your lever. Mine does not in the pictures and needs some tweaking yet.

I cut off a portion of the end of a spark plug boot and shoved it inside the vinyl hose. THEN I shoved this whole piece into the empty casing. Then you slide the whole thing over your lever. The spark plug boot piece serves as an anchor to keep the hose tight within the dummy round. I can explain better when I get on my laptop. Just pm me with any questions.

O and the 4wd plastic shift pattern will fit perfectly on top of your 50 Cal round with a little emblem adhesive.

You can try here for the M2...but you have to get through me.

Here is a "sentimental" 50cal round that I will never get rid of. "it's not hollow".

I don't know how you feel about bling, but I have too have a few 'non-hollow' rounds that I have hit with Mother's and they look AWESOME!

I dare not take pics.... .50 cal , 20MM and 25MM Helos, F/A18's and AV-8B2 Harriers respectively.... I'm a retired Jarhead...
