HID's and replacement bulbs help

99 Wrangler. We had one of our driving fog lights go out. I want them to be 3000K color. I always ran HIDs in my trucks and love the yellow fogs. So the stock lights for fogs are H3's so thats easy. Now I figure why not just get the headlights goin too and do something 6000K or so. Just bright white not blue. No one makes an H 6024 kit what is the equivilent if anyone knows. Thanks

Jim

Nothing that I know of. Most guys buy replacement housings that use H4 bulbs for the headlights. I plan on doing something like this in the future. I don't want/need fogs for around here.

So just what did you do to swap the housing out. Mounting wise and all. I didn't even look into it but where can I look. Specific size or anything like that. I would like to make them fit a regular bulb so I could throw some HID's in it. Or for that matter just a better bulb thats standard.

7" round H4 are direct replacements. Here is the info for HIDs. Most use Hella e-codes and DDM HID. I have the 55w 6k. They are white and not blue.
