High flow cat with powerpack?

Have a 2004 wrangler and personally installed the ram-air and monster exhaust by gale banks. I have the torque tubes ready to be installed, I have heard that it is alot better to use a high flow catalytic converter with the free flowing exhaust. I am about to put it in the shop to get the headers installed and they sell high flow cats at the specialty automotive shop (they build racing hot rods etc, one of the only shops in Lafayette LA that will touch headers) for 200 bucks. On the Banks site, it says the dyno runs etc were with stock catalytic converters. I am wondering if this is a good decision/improvement?
I figured while they have the headers off now would be the time to change the cat if it will really help out, it makes sense since everything is free flowing and a factory cat might be restricting? PS my emisson laws in LA are very loose so emission test etc don't really matter

I have read on here or other forums that you will loose a little bottom end. I have Thorley headers, intake and a flowmaster exhaust but with a stock cat.. I lost a little bottm end torque, but it accelerates alot better and will cruise 75-80 in 5th with 33s and 3.73 all day long.

I just finished the exact set-up you have EXL with the exception of an AEM brute force intake and the only thing I notice is that "SHE ABSOLUTELY RIPS." This jeep hasn't lost any low-end whatsoever.. I have 33s, 4", and 4:56s and she is way better than stock!!
