Hood cowl removal?

I am installing KC's on my 97 Wrangler Sahara, one set on the bumper and one set on the windshield. I am going to route the wires for the windshield lights through the hinge and under the hood cowl but I can't get the cowl off. I've got the 4 visible screws out and pretty sure that there is 2 more but where are they, under the weather stripping? If so how in the hell do you get to them? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Lift up the rubber weather stripping, you'll see the remaining screws.
