hopefully this will fix it...rear sway bar help?

So I bought new links and bushings for my rear sway bar...my jeep is driving very sloppy. I looked at the rear sway bar and it was VERY loose...is that enough to make highway travel a nightmare? Can't work on it for a few days but I wanna go prepared. The bar is not damaged but I think all the bushings are shot. Moves a good 2 inches side to side. Thoughts? Maybe tips if you have done this before? Any help is greatly appreciated!

The swaybar will move side to side in the bushings. The bushings are not meant to clamp tightly to the swaybar.

I ment links connected to the jeep...not links to the bar...the links are moving alot when you move it the entire thing shifts...(both links and bar)
