You have two fuse boxes. One is under the hood on the passenger fender. The second is behind the glove box.

To get to the one behind the glove box, just open it and slide the strap out the side of the door. The glovebox will then fold all the way down and come off.

check the fuse box under the hood, in the box there is a relay for your horn and a fuse, the horn has been out on my jeep since i bought it a month ago and i finally got around to fixing it today, check the fuse first by looking through the side of the fuse, i believe its a yellow 10 amp fuse, check your owners manual for the location because the fuse box lid doesnt show it, if the fuse is blown replace it, if not check the relay by removing it and place it into your fuel pump relays location, the fuse box lid does show the location for these, start your jeep and if it doesnt die in ten seconds then you know the relay is good, my fuse was bad, i bet yours is too
