Well I am new to this just bought a 1990 Jeep, I had one 20 years ago, and fixed these things but I don't remember how now. The problem is the hose is unplugged from the distributor, and has the screw in it. I understand it was done for timing, but it was never plugged back in. When I bought it I noticed it and plugged it back in, now it stalls when warm. It runs pretty darn good with it out, warm and cold should I just keep it that way or do I need it plugged back in? What issues would be caused if I left it out? Can't find an exact thread talking about this.
