Smile How about this jeep ? More questions!

Cars.com: 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sport

What do you guys think of this one? I am going to check it out tomorrow.

How much do you think I could get a used solid hard top for?

Are those small tires for a stock jeep?

Looks pretty good.............Just make sure you look it over real well, the undercarriage, engine etc....hardtops usually can be had for around $800-$1000. Those are the tires that come stock on most wranglers

Price is right for what it is. Looks completely stock. Which can be a good thing.

Why do you want a hard-top? Sure it is a little warmer in the winter, but harder to take off in the summer.

the only reason I want a hardtop is because we travel up to Canada every year ( from CT ) to a lake house and I am going to be bringing a kayak up this year.

I am under the assumption that you can't have a rack up top with a softtop?

Looks like a decent jeep for the price. 1st thing i would do though is take off those flares and paint them black. As for the tires ... they also look stock size. Hard tops are nice. Most can find one for 800 to 1000 bucks. My jeep has the hard top and i love it, especially in the winter. As for takin it off in the summer i have a hoist that i made so i can take it off and put it back on all by myself. If you just have the soft top in the winter time its almost impossible to gain access to the rear when its cold. A buddy of mine tried to open his up last month when the temp was like -10 degrees and he cracked the back window.

Not bad, decent price, decent miles, take it for a good long test drive, if your still feelin it after the test drive, talk them down as much as you can and then it begins.
