I mounted similar LED lights in my rear bumper - except they were brake lights.

Used a hole saw to make a hole big enough and the LED lights were held in place by the grommets very securely

The stock rear bar was very very very hard to drill.

So possibly the grommet holds these in?

If you havent purchased those yet you can just weld on some cheap tabs and mount some stock fogs on your bumper like this. Would prob be much easier.

Actually if you have a stock bumper you may be able to get away with that. You may be able to drill through the top and drip the light bolt through and slide the nut up through the back to tighten.
