How do I know if my jeep is lifted or not?

Brand new to jeep wrangler world and the first question I have is how to determine wether or not my jeep is lifted. Guy I bought if from was clueless.
It is a 2000 Sahara, tires are 31's and the stock floorboard sits 16 inches from the ground to the bottom edge. Looks like I could put bigger tiires under there but I am just starting on this adventure and really dont have a clue.
Also, it makes a pretty noticible "clunk" from the passenger side suspension out near the wheel when it goes over a big bump(like a large steep speed bump) unless you just crawl over. What is this indicitive of? It rides drives and steers straight down the road without any rattles or squeeks otherwise.
I am new here so TIA for any input

Hope this works and hope it helps BTW the suspension shown is the side where the clunk is under extreme bumps

By the way, I love this Jeep. Health forced me off my Harley and this is the next best thing. It is fun! My everyday rig is an 04 Tahoe z71 and it is luxurious and will take me anywhere I care to go but it's not fun like the jeep!

I may be wrong but it looks like stock height to me on 31x10.50x15 tires. What's that light by your bumper in the first two pics? Looks good btw!

from the pics, it appears you have factory springs and no coil spacers on top(meaning no lift). That being said, it looks like your springs haven't settled (worn out) as bad as some others. Enjoy, nice Jeep

Thanks, shopped for it hard, I sure like as does the Boss...
Yep those are the tire sizes.
The light is just a flashlight I put up there to take the suspension pics. It does look kinda cool though, may have given me some ideas...
