How do I tell what top i have?

I got my jeep used, it has a soft top with half doors and sliding glass windows. Was just wondering if its factory or a replacement? How do i tell?

Yes, pics will help. Take a look at the windows (door sliders, and rear window), see if you can spot a logo and/or part numbers too.

If you push on it and it gives a little, plus it has vinyl windows, its probably a soft top. If you knock your head against the side and it hurts a little, its probably a hard top. Hope this helps. UR

Looks like a factory top. Check the back windows for the Mopar symbol, and probably in the back there is a tag or two with some info. I can't remember where in the back my tag is, but I think it's on the sail panel..

Go to Quadratec.com they have a section on how to identify your soft top by what kind of hardware your top has.

x2 ^^^ I prefer to use my knuckle to check if its hard. My head rattles too much and I can't hear the echo.
